If all else fails (best to try to find solution on your own so as to not
have to resort to this) - send file (pre-2007 format) to me as an email
attachment to:
HelpFrom @ jlathamsite.com and I'll see what I can do with it. Please do so
only if it is a file that you created or that you otherwise have 'legitimate'
authority to unlock.
