error inth Moouse in Excel
 

Has anyone seen an error that occurs in Excel 2003 on XP where the moment you
click into a file the mouse locks focus and all menus are disabled anytime
the mouse is moved it highlights and cannot be disengaged. The only way to
fix it is to Ctrl-Alt-Delete out losing any saved work.

Probelm is persistent and increasing in frequency
