Rows on wrong side of worksheet[_2_]

change rows from left side to right side

I need to change the rowms from right side of page to left side. I don't know
how it ended up there in the fiorst place. It's like the page has flipped.

In xl2003, I'd do:

Tools|Options|International tab|and change the direction.
