Excel 2007 Workbook to a Mac User

Can anyone tell me how to send a Excel 2007 Workbook from my Windows PC to
someone who is using a Macintosh Computer? I would be sending the workbook
as an email attachment using Outlook 2007. Is there a way to do this, and
still retain all page breaks, formatting etc.?

Save the file as an .xls file (not .xlsx). File format previous to XL07
are identical - page breaks and formatting in that format translates
perfectly.
