How do I enlarge a sheet that doen't have the maximize button?

I opened up my workbook file. It opened and the sheet is only about 2-3
inches tall on bottom half of my screen. But it doesn't have the maximize or
minimize button on it What happened? How can I get it to be full screen
again?

Sounds like the workbook is protected for structure and windows under
ToolsProtectionProtect Workbook.

Unprotect it to regain the max/min icons.
