Yes, but not from within Microsoft Excel, which is what this newsgroup
supports. By the way, you are supposed to use this big white space to
write a coherent description of the problem and to include relevant
details like what version of Excel you have, what version of Windows,
the exact text of any error messages you get, etc.

I tossed mine from my keyboard at home. Another way might be to have a
warning signal when you toggle it, windows control panel, accessibility
options and select use toggle keys
