Pivot Tables will not update
 

I have setup a number of daily data files with pivot tables linked to them.
Data is added to these datafiles on a daily basis but when I click to
refresh data not all the data is taken into account, only the initial data.
Please help as I am having to recreate pivot tables daily from the updated
data
