arrows dont move objects inside graph (plot) area
 

Here is the problem: With graphs and inside plot area, arrows do not move
objects (drawn objects, text boxes, lines, trendline equations..etc) you
still can move them by draggibg though. This was not the case with excell in
office 2003. Outside the graph area however, and elsewhere in the worksheet,
arrows move objects (drawn objects) OK, as well as in "Word" and
"Powerpoint". Only in "Excel" and only inside the plot area that arrows dont
work right. Anyone knows what causes this or how to fix it?
