Hi,
Note: You cannot copy both the cell value and the cell format when performing Paste Special command on the Edit menu. To must do as two seperate function. Do the following: 1. Click to select the cell. 2. On the Edit menu, click Copy. 3. Select a differnt cell location. 4. On the Edit menu, click Paste special. The Paste Special dialog is displayed. 5. Under Paste section click All option. 6. Click Paste Link button. The copies cell has the absolute cell address of the source location. 7. Click the source cell and click the Format Painter icon on the Standard Toolbar. 8. Click the Target cell location and click to apply the format to the cell. Challa Prabhu.
