In excel I enter a formula in a cell that draws on another cell's info.
Doing this on Cell f6 works correctly. Doing the same formula in Cell F4
returns ######.

=F2*.0825+F2

Basically a simple formula to calculate tax at 8.25% then add the tax to the
item price.

Again this is working in the same spread sheet on Cell F6 but not in Cell F4
