cell B2 there is 2222

How would I track changes to cell A1 and B2 on sheet 2 under a header called
Row 1

I will try to explain better.

I want to be able to track all changes to certain cells and have the
information before the change pasted to sheet 2 under a header that is called
rack 1.

I hope this makes sense
