Can't Save or Find
 

All four of our workstations are routed to the server and all have access to
an Excel workbook stored on the server and we each post to it daily. Last
night I made some adjustments and saved as I have done many times before. I
went back in and noticed the adjustments I made were not there. In the many
things I tried last night I ended up loosing the workbook off the server.
Luckily I had it saved on my workstation too. I opened it from my station and
clicked save to server location. A window popped up saying it was already
there, did I wish to replace it? I yes'd, closed everything, then opened the
folder on the server and it wasn't there. I restarted and a few other things,
all no good. At least it was still on my station. This morning it is still
missing from the server and I can't save any adjustments to the workbook on
my station. When I click to save to the server I get the message that
Schedule.xls is already there do I wish to replace? I click Yes but it never
shows on the server. I've tried saving other docus to the same place on the
server as well as another place on the server and they work fine. Any ideas
of what may be going on will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, K.

Just did a search on the server for the docu name as well as each of the
three words in it's name. Didn't find the docu. Just tried to save the docu
to the server again and received "The file Pump Jack Schedule.xls already
exists. Do you want to replace the existing file? Clicked Yes. Went and
checked the server - it's not there. K.

Problem solved. Uninstalled and reinstalled Excel. Everything seems to be
working correctly now. K.
