hyperlink format
 

Can someone give me an example of a hyperlink to a specific cell in a workbook?
I want to put this hyperlink in Access so I can go directly to a cell in Excel

I don't know if this function is available in Access, but:

=HYPERLINK("file:///C:\Documents and
Settings\User\Desktop\Book2.xls#Sheet2!B9")

Has the advantage that it will open the file if not already openned

Perfect......... worked great...... took me right to the cell!!

Now....... is there a way to update theinformation in the cell in Excell
with information from the Access DataBase?
