Performance Spreadsheet (Rates of Return)
 

Does anyone know of a good software or does anyone have a good spreadsheet
they are willing to share that can neatly calculate securities (equity,
fixed, cash) performance on a monthly basis ? I have one but it is unwieldy.
It should account for buys, sales, income, etc.
