Select the first sheet to print and then hold the control key down while you
click on each of the tabs (where the sheet name is at the bottom) that you want to print. As some additional info, you can also use the page setup and have a common header and page numbers etc also if you do the above first. I think that the print area for each sheet has to be set individually. Regards, OssieMac "Joe" wrote: How do I print multiple excel pages on one sheet of paper? Sorry. My answer might not be what you want. It puts each worksheet on
separate pages. Regards, OssieMac "Joe" wrote: How do I print multiple excel pages on one sheet of paper? (i.e. one after another) is there a command? thx i am using excel 2007 |

You may be able to use this technique:
Insert a new sheet copy the first range to be printed. go to A1 of the new sheet Shift-Edit|Paste picture link Repeat for each range to be printed and paste under (or to the right) of the pasted pictures. Then print this new worksheet. By pasting a picture link, if the original data changes, so will the picture. Joe wrote: How do I print multiple excel pages on one sheet of paper? For the OP Insert a new sheet copy the first range to be printed. On the Home tab in the first group click on the arrow on the Paste button Choose: "As Picture" and then "Paste Picture link" -- Regards Ron de Bruin http://www.rondebruin.nl/tips.htm "Dave Peterson" wrote in message ...
