Is there a way to split a single cell into multiple cells similar to
splitting a table cell in MS Word?

The reason I am asking is that I would like to have more than one hyperlink
located in the cell. I see in 2007 a hyperlink can be added to a text box,
but it isn't associated with the specific text in the text box, just the text
box itself. Therefore I have only been able to have one hyperlink per cell
or text box. I suppose I could fit two text boxes within one cell, but being
able to either split a single cell or assign more than one hyperlink to in a
cell or text box would be more helpful

What is the purpose of splitting the cell?

Explain the issue you are trying to resolve and someone may have a
solution.

See the above I added a response to my original question to explain what I
wanted to do.

Thanks,

Check that document out. Is this what you are looking for?

Excel does not allow more than one hyperlink per cell. But this little
hack will let you sort of
get what you want.

Hi,

This cannot be done. Excel only allows you to enter hyperlinks on a
cell-by-cell basis.

Instead of using a textbox, use a rectangle from the Forms toolbar. And format
each of the rectangles so that the borders are not visible.
