Folks:

I would like to copy and paste a spreadsheet from one workbook to another.
All the formatting and column widths should deinitely be to be transferred
as well.

* Would the PASTE SPECIAL accomplish this for me ?

Thanks,
John

Hi,

Copying one sheet in a Workbook to a another sheet in a different Workbook
using Paste Special will not display the same layout . All data will be
fillied within the deafult cell width. You must manually align the worksheet
clumns and rows to match the original layout.

To Move a sheet to a different work follow these steps:

1. Open the Workbook and click the Worksheet Tab you want to move.
2. Right-click on the Worksheet Tab and select Move or Copy. The Move or
Copy dialog is displayed.
3. Under the Move selected sheet section click the To book list.
4. In the Before sheet list, select the sheet tab before which you want to
Move or Copy the current sheet.
5. Click OK to accept the setting. Now you will find the Layout of the Sorce
file and Moved sheet will look identical.
