Highlight Largest Amount in a row
 

I want to the largest amount listed in a row range to be highlited and
bolded. I set up the conditional format formula below, but it highlights and
bold any cell that has a number in it.

=MAX(P18:P41)

What am I doing wrong?

highlight P18:P41
set formula is =P18=max(P$18:P$41)
