Macro for Filter Switches ... Maybe???

Excel 2000 ... I have a somewhat similar post on board
from yesterday. It's all about keeping Filter Switches
active on a Protected TabSheet & being able to Filter &
UnFilter List without running into what I call Calculation
churn ... Also, I do not write Macros ... I only record
them. What I have:

File is 30 Cols x 5000 records ...
Sheet is Protected (no password) ...
Filter Switches for all Columns reside on Row 2 ...
Various Filter Switches may be activated ...
Only 2 Cols have simple Formulas
Many Cols have Conditional Formatting Formulas

My Calculation is set to "Automatic", but this is causing
a certian amount of calculation churn as each Filter is
set back to view "ALL".

Above said ... I am looking for a Macro (or idea) ...
Basically, I want Macro to:

Unprotect Sheet
Set Calculation to "Manual"
Set any activated Filter Switches back to view ALL
Set Calculation to "Automatic"
Protect Sheet

Not sure if this is enough info, but have a great respect
& appreciation for the "Magic" that comes from this board.

Thanks ... Kha

You have a possible solution at your original post.

You say that you record macros, this sounds like an ideal candidate for a
recorded macro.

today enough different to warrant a new post.

Above said ... I responded to original post with another
question regarding ... "Option Explicit" ... Thanks ... Kha
