An odd question maybe ?

Hi,

I want to steal some data that's in a Excel spreadsheet in 23 cells and copy
just the data in to MS Word. I don't want to import the whole table with
it's cells ...I just want the value in the cell.

If I do it one at a time it works and then its just a line of text in Word,
but if I try to copy more than one line into word it creates a table, how can
I avoid that, other then cut & pasting each cell one at a time?

Cheers'
Dave

Select all the cells and copy them.

In Word, PasteSpecial | Unformatted Text .... should give you the values tab
separated
