Lost tabs on worksheet
 

I am working in excel 2007 and lost the tabs. One of the questions already
posted was about lost tabs and instructed the user to go to the tools menu
for options. I can't figure out if there is a tool option selection in this
Excel. Help, I need my tabs back.
