Picking specific rows from database
 

I need to pick rows 1,9,17, etc. from 2,898 rows with columns A tru I.

This will give me a table of Names & Phone Numbers I can use with a phone
dialer.

in column K enter = mod(row(),8)
use auto filter and select 1
