In Outlook you can goto File--Import & Export--Import from another program
or file--MS Excel--Browse for your workbook and follow the wizard. Note there is an opportunity to select which folder to import into as well as an option to map your own fields from Excel to Outlook. Hope that helps, Smitty "tim" wrote: Can I do the following, I have a list of contacts I would like to move from Excel to Outlook (2003) without having to type the list out.
