I have a spreadsheet with two fields that I need help on. It is a mailing
list. Example: The info in the field shows as a letter. I want it to show
the actual # of employees. Is there any to have it convert the info?

Number of employees
A - 1,000+ employees
B - 500 - 999 employees
K - 250 - 499 employees
