Object as background
 

I am hoping someone can help me with my presentation in excel...

Been working on 4 work books and try to link all the graphs to powerpoint,
unfortunately, I have to relink the graphs one by one all the time to the
powerpoint, this is very time consuming and keep crashing my excel as well....

therefore, I use the same presentation from powerpoint and copied to
excel...thought I was being clever...but it copied in as object which is fine
as I have the logos and pictures in the background...as well as size, this is
what I wanted, so I don't need to link graphs to the powerpoint and able to
have the same presentation...

What I want to do now is to able to set the object as my background, so
nobody can change the format, as well as I want to be able to go into the
cell, at the moment, the object is in the way...Its covering my excel sheet

Anyone can give me any suggestion???
