pivot table, Average formula
I can add another column in pivot table but don't know how to
write formula to calculate the average of the next coluumn. I use excel average function but not work EVERAGE($L:$L) It give me an error, not pivot tabel formula?? Any ideas are welcome. Daniel |

And if Roger's suggestion doesn't accomplish what you want, perhaps you
can create formulas outside of the pivot table, to calculate the average of a pivot table column. Thanks for response
The idea is creating a dynamic chart because of changes in future. In this chart I have a line of average and want to refresh data in excel and pivot table. Dynamic chart will be auto redrawn. I have many charts so can not manually draw one by one.
