text box cursor movement

In EXCEL 2007 in some text boxes, cursor movement is opposite to normal,
i.e., the HOME key goes to the bottom and the END key goes to the TOP. The
LEFT ARROW key moves the cursor to the right and vice versa for the RIGHT
ARROW. How can I make the cursor respond normally to these keys?
