Blink specific data in excel
 

I have a list of products with their Expirty Date. I want when expiry date
near the current system date, a message blink on my desktop with list of
expiry date of products.

you will have to write a macro that checks the expiry dates with the system
date and flash a message.
You can set this macro to run at a specific interval or on opening the
workbook etc.

Blinking text is not advised, but if you have your heart set on it

Alternatively, you could apply a conditional format to highlight the
Expiry Date as it nears the system date.
