How do you take out duplicated information on a excel sheet?
 

I am trying to weed out the duplication in my excel sheet so I may send out
presentations to dealer and have found duplicate dealers. I want to mail
merge this after I am done to be more personal and efficient. I don't want to
send out duplicate letters to the same dealer.
