mailings--- mail merge
 

imn mail, merge I ha ve put all the info and merged correctly but when I view
the completed maerge ( which is to postacrds) the address is the same on all
four, HOW can i get it to be different on each. Each postcard which is four
on one sheet should show a different address on each or will it when I print
out?

Since mailemerge is done in MS Word and Excel only provides the database for
it, you would be much better off posting this in a Word newsgroup/forum

Assuming you are using Word for the mailmerge and Excel for the source see these
