condensing an email list
I have a list of customers. I have three columns: email address, First
name, and last name. I have 2380 rows. In between each customers record in a blank row. What I would like to do is create/run a macro that would condense this list so it gets rid of the empty row between customers and also customers that do not have an email address. Thanks in advance!!!! Tricia Gall |
condensing an email list
You don't need a macro for that, select the range, press F5, click special,
select blanks and press enter. Press Ctrl and - (meaning Ctrl and a hyphen/dash/minus sign) then select entire row and click OK Select the column with email address, repeat. Note, in case if I misunderstood you might want to try this out on a copy first -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "gall" wrote in message ... I have a list of customers.
