"Refresh" in Pivot reports after entering data
 

on my data sheet I added another client, and all my info, but when I clicked
refresh, in the pivot report, he was added to the bottom of the row right
above grand total, but the row above him is a row that shows (blank) why
didn't he get added above the row that shows all the (blank) data?
