Using match
 

I have the following table

sheets
hits 5 10 15
1 a b c
2 d e f
3 g h i


hits 3
sheets 7

I want to this match to output of "h"
How do I do this?

Using match
 

Since you seem to want the next higher sheet number when the value is
between an interval you need to reverse the order of your table:
