How do you include hidden items in a pivot table total? When I am showing
the top 5 item sales from a supplier, i still want to show the grand total
for the supplier, but it only sums the top 5? How do I do both?

Hi Jack

You can't.
If you have applied a filter (Top 5) then the data shown will only
relate to those filtered values.
