I have number in millions like 2,098,009 and I want them to change to 2 (in
millions)

How do I make 1,000,000 into 1 million
 

Try a Custom Number Format:

Select the cell(s) to be impacted

From the Excel main menu:
<format<cells<number tab
Category: Custom
Type: #,##0,," Million"_);(#,##0,," Million")

2,000,000 displays as 2 Million
-2,000,000 displays as (2 Milliion)

Is that something you can work with?
