I am using Excel 2003 and I wish to draw a quadrant which will have coloured

Make a small table: Name Value Quad1 1 Quad2 1 Quad3 1 Quad4 1 Then select that table, use Insert / Chart... then select "Pie" from Chart type: and click through the rest of the dialog.
