Default dependent lists - error??

I am using dependent lists in data validation to populate a pair of entries
on a form, then using those cells to direct the file path for saving upon
exit.

I have 1 issue and another related question:

When I set my range names for my lists I get an okay/help vba message box
"Can't Find Project or Library". Selecting OK opens a selection screen box
"References-VBA Project" the highlighted selection in that box is always
"Microsoft Office 11.0 Object Library" with selection box checked.

At this point I can either select OK or cancel and get same result: Range
Name is there and it works in my validation formula. But I also get the
same result if I cancel that first warning box???

While this is mildly irritating and I would like to make it stop if someone
could tell me how, my real concern is that this will cause the users of my
document problems later. (Document will be available for use on network
drive)

On my laptop when accessing the document from its network location, all the
code works as expected, Does this sound like it will be a problem for other
users??

Everyone on site has Excel 2003 but I have quite a few add-ins loaded that
most others won't

THANKS!

Steve
