I AM NOT ABLE TO COPY AND PASTE BETWEEN CELLS IN EXCEL.FIRST OF ALL WHILE
COPYING THE SELECTED CELL IS HIGHLIGHTED FOR ONE SECOND THEN TURNED OFF.AND
YET WHILE PASTING I RECEIVE A "HELLO" MESSAGE.
PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY TELLS ME WHAT'S WRONG? TKS.

A good start in solving this would be to press the Capslock key and stop
typing in capitals because it's shouting and it makes it difficult to read.

This is very odd behavour and it sound like there may be a macro running
when you try to copy or paste (right click). Close the workbook and open it
again but this time don't enable macros if you are asked to do so. Post again
and say how you get on with this.

One thing that is wrong is that your Caps Lock key is enabled.

Please turn it off.

Does your problem show up in just one workbook or in all workbooks?

Does it occur in new workbooks?
