Problem with Excel 2007 loading worksheet from explorer
I have a PC running XP Pro and Office 2007. When I go to Explorer or my
desktop and click on a workbook, Excel opens but not with the workbook. I have tried the Excel /unregserver and /regserver and this does not fix the problem and the ignore apps that use DDE is unchcked. Can anyone shed light on this. |

Many have had the same problem. I spent some time chasing this down and I
found that if I did not load an add-in I had created (I had it in my XLSTART folder) the problem disappeared. If you have any add-ins loading, even via Excel Options, Add-ins, you might see if unchecking them helps. -- Jim "Bob Acquaviva" <Bob wrote in message ... |I have a PC running XP Pro and Office 2007. Thanks for the quick reply Jim, but I removed all the add-in's and still have
the same problem. "Jim Rech" wrote: Many have had the same problem.
