I have two lists in two seprate sheets. I need to create a formula/marco to
match the lists and compare the amounts. Sheet A has reference ID and payment amount due, sheet b has reference id and paymnet received. I need to compare two sheets and find out differences on sheet b and on sheet a find out outstanding amounts due. Please help with macro or formula For e.g.: Sheet A column A Col.B hh11230 356.55 hp12598 400.00 rs56855 1298.49 Sheet B Col.A Col.B hh11230 356.55 hp12598 400.00 Thanks in advance Jaishree |

Jai,
is it possible that the reference id on column 1 of sheet b can be repeated twice.. e.g. payment received comes with 2 or more partial payment ? regards, driller -- ***** birds of the same feather flock together..
