hyperlink tool inactive
 

My company recently upgraded from 2000-2003 and the workbook that I created
that hyperlinked a database of files will not allow me to add or edit the
hyperlinks on each cell. When I right click on a cell, existing or new, the
hyperlink tool function is not available. Nor is the Edit Hyperlink function.
The only tool that is available is the Open Hyperlink function. Can anyone
explain and possibly help me fix this issue? Thanks -D

Answered my own question...apparently you can't edit/add hyperlinks while a
workbook is being "shared". Must be an updated feature because that was not
the case before the upgrade. -D
