Change ROWS into COLUMNS

Please, HELP!!!
Is there any way in which I can change a huge amount of data that is in row
format to columns???????

Change ROWS into COLUMNS

If the number of rows is less than the maximum number of columns (256 in
Excel up through 2003; 18,000 and change in Excel 2007) you can copy the
data, then do a Paste Special from the Edit menu and choose the Transpose
option.
