How can I switch from one worksheet to another within the same workbook
without clicking on it?

Default switch from one worksheet to another without using mouse

Try,

CTRL + PgUp/PgDown

or

Right click on the arrows to the left of sheet tabs and select your sheet.

CTRL + pageup or pagedown to cycle through sheets.
