pagination/margin problems
 

On my computer, the spreadsheet Print Preview just fine and they actually
print out on one page like they were actively set to. However, when I send
these files to others, the margins are set differently. The last couple of
rows on my Page 1 float over to a brand new page 2. When I created my
spreadsheets, I purposefully set the margins and, when I completely the
spreadsheet, set the Print Area. Why won't those things hold?

If the printer drivers are exactly the same and if the display resolutions are
the same on each computer, should be no problem.

Otherwise, margins can be skewed quite easily from printer to printer.

Some printers will allow no whitespace while others require a minimum of about
1/4"

Gord,

Thanks for your response. How can I ensure that my forms will print as I
designate no matter to whom they are sent? These forms will be sent to a
slew of people across a company. I can't very well ask each person to set
their printers and resolutions to X so that the forms are viewed correctly.
