Checkbox value displays as text on the cell underneath it
 

I would like to know what I can do to keep the cell under my checkbox from
displaying the CK value ("TRUE" or "FALSE").

Can somebody help me out with that?

I like to use a custom numberformat of: ;;;
(3 semicolons)
