pasting a forumla w/o the paste/special/value

Hi,

Is there a function or a way to copy/paste/value a formula once the formula
has calculated a number? I don't want to have to manually copy/paste/value.

(I'm scraping info from the web, and i just want to grab the values and
paste it in a cell.)

Thanks.

yeah, i could do that, but i didn't want to have to run the macro every few
minutes(its data that comes out every few minutes); also it wouldn't be the
same cell that i'm copying/ pasting; it would be like a column of formulas,
and i would want to copy paste row by row every few minutes.

(i can do simple macros, but nothing too complicated--but i was hoping for a
formula or function that could help accomplish this)

Record a new Macro:
Copy the cell containing the formula
Paste Special (Value)
End Recording.

You can either leave it in the Macro folder or create a button and assign
the macro to it.
