type a sentence so it extends over grids
Hello ... I'm trying to make a schedule in excel and am having a problem
typing info at the bottom of the page. Only part of it is visibile. How can I type so that the entire sentence appears? Thanks in advance for your help |

Text can spill into the next cell if it's empty. And the next, etc. Look for something (even a space character) in the cell that's stopping it. Doesn't sound like that's your problem ... but in case it is, you can obviously split long text across more than one cell. :) |

xl95 was the last version that only held 255 characters.
xl97-xl2003 holds 32k--about 1k will show up in the worksheet unless the user does something special.
