Exporting a screen shot to power point
 

I am making a training power point of how to use a scheduling tool I built in
excel but I cannot figure out how to take a screen shot of the excel
spreadsheeet and pivot table so that I can put it into power point and
generate a traning slide show. Thanks.

Using the print screen button
and Ctrl V in Powerpoint
then resize in Powerpoint
