hELP ON COUNTIF
 

Dear al,

Could anybody help me getting the suitable code to do the following:

* CountIf Sheet1 E:E 7 and Sheet1 C:C = Sheet2 A:A
* CountIf Sheet1 E:E <4 and Sheet1 C:C = Sheet2 A:A

hELP ON COUNTIF
 

* CountIf Sheet1 E:E 7 and Sheet1 C:C = Sheet2 A:A

For above, try something like:
=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet1!E1:E1007)*(Sheet1!C1:C100=She et2!A1:A100))

Similarly, for the 2nd one as well ..
