Looking for an interest only mortgage template.
 

Preferrably one that would compare interest only mortgage with other mortgages.

I don't see the need for a template. Interest only means you are not paying
down any principal. So the only variable is the interest rate (and perhaps
fees). Go with the lowest rate.
